Receive A Purchase Request

When an interested buyer submits a Purchase Request for an asset that you own, you will be notified automatically and a member of the Idoneus Team will reach out to you to discuss the potential sale and the next steps.

STEP 1. PURCHASE REQUEST RECEIVED

  1. You will receive an automated email notification that a Purchase Request was received.
  2. In your User Dashboard, you will see that a Buy Request was recorded (see screenshot below).
  3. The asset status will change to “reserved” and is no longer available on the Idoneus Platform for other interested parties to submit a purchase request or price offer.
  4. At the same time, the IDON funds for the potential sale have been reserved from the wallet of the interested buyer.
  5. A member of the Idoneus Team will connect with your to discuss the details of the potential sale and the next steps.

STEP 2. PURCHASE REQUEST PROCESSING

  1. If you would like to proceed with the purchase request, please notify your Idoneus account manager. Contact with the interested buyer will be established to proceed with the next steps.
  2. If you would like to reject the purchase request, please notify your Idoneus account manager about this. In this case the asset status on the Idoneus Platform will be returned to “available” and the reserved IDON funds will be returned to the interested buyers’ wallet.
  3. If an agreement with the interested buyer is made, please notify your Idoneus account manager to proceed with confirming the purchase order on the Idoneus Platform.

STEP 3. PURCHASE ORDER EXECUTION

Idoneus will confirm the purchase order. Once this has been executed, the status of the asset changes to “sold” under ‘Assets’ in the User Dashboard, and you can see that you received the IDON funds under ‘Transactions’ in the User Dashboard.

STEP 4. PURCHASE ORDER COMPLETION

The purchase has now been confirmed on the Idoneus Platform. The IDON funds have been released to your wallet. And the digital representation of the asset has been moved to the account of the Buyer.

Please proceed with the Buyer to complete to transaction.
