Due to regulatory restrictions set by the SEC, we can currently not sell IDON to everyone
Only US persons who are accredited investors (also called qualified investors) may purchase IDON tokens at this time.
An accredited investor is an individual or entity which meets one of the following requirements:
- Has a net worth exceeding $1 million individually or combined with a spouse (excluding value of primary residence).
- Has earned income exceeding $200,000 ($300,000 if combined with a spouse) during each of the last two calendar years.
The individual must also demonstrate credibility he or she will at least maintain these income thresholds during the current year.
