Tutorial: Create New Account

If you are new to Idoneus and want to register a new account, please follow the steps below.

  1. Go to: https://idoneus.io/client-onboarding/ and fill out the client onboarding form and attach the requested identification documents.
  2. Submit the form.
  3. The Idoneus Compliance Team will review your submission and process your files. This may take 1-2 business days.
  4. You will receive notification via email about the next KYC/AML steps to be exexuted.
  1. Request the link to register for a new account.
  1. Once you have received the link via email, click the registration link. This will take you to the Register with Idoneus screen.
  1. Enter your email address.
  2. Enter a password with at least 8 digits.
  3. Re-enter the same password.
  4. Click the checkbox that you agree with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Legal Disclaimer.
  5. Click the CREATE ACCOUNT button.
  1. You will have received an email from notification@idoneus.io to verify your email address. Please click the link in the email to confirm your email address is correct. If you did not receive the email, please check your spam folder, or click RESEND EMAIL. You have two minutes to confirm your email address.
  1. Click CONTINUE to start the Identity Verification process.
