Common issues that can occur during the Onboarding Assistant session
In case you run into any issues with the Onboarding Assistant, please check here to see how to resolve that issue, as it is very likely you are not the first to have experienced it.
- “Link expired“. The link you receive via email is valid for 7 days. If you receive a notification that the link has expired you need to contact Support to request a new invitation.
- “SMS not received“. If you did not receive the necessary SMS confirmation code, please double check you have entered your mobile phone number correctly during onboarding. Go to platform.idoneus.io and log in to see the mobile phone number you have entered, and how to change it if necessary. If this does not resolve the issue, please check here for additional measures you can take to resolve it.
- Although you can interrupt the process and close the window (if you need to for some reason), when you want to restart, you have to open up the link from the same device and with the same browser, otherwise this does not work. You will receive a new SMS code to enter.
