Samuel (Sam) Lawson has an extensive network of contacts throughout the luxury leisure real estate industry in Europe and the US and has access to a multitude of industry consultants and developers to further assist the growth trajectory of the Idoneus Economy. He can also design and deliver fractional ownership concepts that can enable developers to market and sell luxury property on the blockchain.
Sam is a shared and fractional ownership entrepreneur with 35 years’ experience of working at the high end of the leisure real estate industry in Europe and the US. His career spans the leading resorts in the UK from the English Lake District to being part of an International consultancy that designed, built and marketed the 5-star resort village for the world-famous Gleneagles Hotel (home of the Ryder Cup in 2014), Scotland, grossing over $100M in sales.
Sam has run his own leisure real estate consultancy company since 2005 travelling widely throughout East and Western Europe consulting for hospitality companies on all forms of leisure real estate, from points clubs to fractional ownership and buy to let to outright ownership. Current consultancy projects include mixed use real estate and fractional ownership projects in Vietnam and the country of Georgia.
Sam was part of the consultancy team working with Premier Resorts (London) and Star Resorts (Scottsdale, Arizona) to develop Leading Residences of the World, a high end collection of the best fractional resorts in Europe and the US. The club was sold to the now Travel and Leisure Co (formerly Wyndham Destinations) and re-branded as The Registry Collection.
