For our readers who may not be familiar with what you do, tell us a little bit about yourself and how you got started in your business?
I grew up in the Northeast of the U.S. (Southern Maine) and headed south to attend Clemson University. After selling private aircraft at Avpro Jets (one of the industry’s leading brokerage firms), I moved to Charleston, SC, where I served as the Director of Portfolio Development at Obsidian International Asset Trading. Several companies approached our team about bringing the asset trading business to the blockchain and utilizing cryptocurrency to facilitate more transactions. After much due diligence, Idoneus was formed.
How would you describe your business to a new client?
Idoneus is a global luxury marketplace. IDON is our native cryptocurrency which is used as the primary method of payment in our marketplace. We assist high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals to lateralize from an asset they no longer wish to own into an asset that is extremely safe, secure, easily divisible, and globally deployable. There are no holding costs, no management oversight responsibilities, and the asset can be used to purchase other luxury assets, goods, and services.
What are some benefits of the Idoneus platform?
For Sellers – Idoneus seeks to be an additional pathway for owners to potentially receive full retail value for their asset in the shortest amount of time, whether that is through a sale involving 100% IDON or a transaction which consists of a minority percent cash and majority percent IDON.
For Buyers – Idoneus has built and continues to develop a global luxury marketplace that has never existed in the cryptocurrency industry. Holders of IDON can convert a digital payment token into real, tangible assets.

Do you have any interesting hobbies?
We’re working hard every day to build Idoneus continuously, so there isn’t much time for hobbies right now. I do take mental breaks by meditating each day and working out throughout the week. I also cherish family time with my wife Christine (pictured) and our two dogs – Shadow and Mookie Betts.
